Agricultural Equipment Repair

Mondak Equipment provides field and shop repair for agricultural equipment, with the ability to work across the mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems that keep the machine working.

The Weather Will Not Wait

When the Season Is Moving, the Equipment Has to Move With It

Farm equipment does not usually fail at a convenient time.

A tractor that starts losing power, a combine that is running hot or a sprayer with a hydraulic problem can quickly turn into lost time when the weather and the work are not going to wait.

What Changed, and Why

You Know What the Machine Is Doing

You may already know the tractor is weak under load.

You may know the combine runs hotter after several hours.

You may know a hydraulic function is slower than it was last season.

You do not need someone to tell you that something is wrong.

Our job is to determine what changed and why.

That may mean testing hydraulic pressure and flow, checking engine performance, tracing an electrical fault, inspecting a drivetrain problem or looking at several systems that are affecting each other.

Every System

Repair Across the Machine

Mondak can help with:

Test Before Replacing

Hydraulics Are Often Only Part of the Problem

Agricultural equipment depends heavily on hydraulics, but a hydraulic symptom does not always mean the hydraulic component being blamed has failed.

A function that is slow or weak may involve flow, pressure, internal leakage, load-sense control, electrical commands, a worn component or something happening elsewhere in the system.

We can test the system before replacing expensive components.

And when the problem really is a hose, cylinder, pump, motor or valve, our Hydraulic Services team can handle that too.

Obsolete Parts

Older Equipment Is Still Worth Fixing

Not every good piece of farm equipment is new.

Older tractors and agricultural machines can become difficult to repair when an original component is obsolete, the manufacturer no longer supports it or a replacement is priced beyond what makes sense for the machine.

That does not automatically mean the equipment is finished.

Depending on the situation, Mondak may be able to:

Sometimes keeping a proven machine working is the better answer.

Field, Farmyard or Shop

Field Service Where the Equipment Is Working

A tractor, combine or sprayer does not always belong on a trailer headed to a repair shop.

Mondak provides mobile diagnostics and repair for agricultural equipment in the field, farmyard or shop.

When a component needs more extensive repair, we can bring the component, or the machine when appropriate, back to the shop.
