What is different about repairing an electric forklift?
Electric forklifts have different drive, control, battery and electrical systems than internal-combustion forklifts. Diagnosis requires understanding the electrical and electronic architecture rather than approaching it like a diesel machine.
Can Mondak help identify forklift parts in the field?
Technicians can use digital parts resources, including TVH, from their tablets at the customer's location. They can research the machine, identify a supported component and begin the sourcing process without returning to the shop just to look up the part.
What is a mobile industrial tire press?
A mobile industrial tire press is a tire-pressing system brought to the customer's location. Depending on the equipment and site conditions, the technician can remove the tires, take them to the mobile press and return to install them without transporting the entire machine to a tire shop.
Bringing the press closer to the machine can reduce equipment transportation, downtime and unnecessary travel.
Why does a mobile tire press save time?
Without a mobile press, industrial tires may have to be removed from a machine, transported to a tire facility, pressed, transported back and installed.
That process can create multiple trips and significant downtime. A mobile press allows the tire work to be brought closer to the machine.
