Where the work happens
Mondak Equipment runs two shops, one in Williston, ND and one in Glendive, MT, plus mobile service trucks. A service truck comes to the site, or you bring the equipment to the shop, whichever suits the machine and the job.
What we work on
- Forklifts, telehandlers, aerial lifts and scissor lifts, including material handling repair and MEWP annual inspections
- Railcar movers and industrial locomotives: Trackmobile, Shuttlewagon and Railking service
- Oilfield equipment and construction and ag equipment
- Semi trucks and fleet vehicles, engine and powertrain work, diesel emissions work and DOT inspections
- Hydraulic and industrial hose built to 10,000 PSI, with mobile crimping
- Preventative maintenance and fleet programs, industrial battery reconditioning, parts sourcing, rentals and used equipment

How your first job starts
- You call or send the form with the equipment and location.
- A technician calls back to confirm the problem and the next step.
- A service truck comes to the site or you bring the equipment to the shop.
Your Business Information
- Make, model and serial number
- What the operator noticed, plus any fault codes
- Jobsite city and whether the machine can move
- Photos of the machine, the tag or the failed part
Your Payment Options
PAYMENT DUE UPON RECEIPT, unless the customer is on approved credit terms.
Every customer must provide a valid card on file, but the card does not have to be the customer's primary payment method. Customers may still pay by ACH, check, wire transfer, credit card, or approved credit terms.
Your Credit Application
The customer will complete Mondak's credit application, and we will manually submit it to Riviera for review.
Vendor & Compliance Documents
