Fleet & Truck Repair

Mondak Equipment works on commercial trucks and fleet equipment across the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and electronic systems that keep them working.

More Than Whatever Broke Today

One Truck Down Is a Repair. Several Trucks Down Is a Fleet Problem.

Keeping a fleet moving takes more than fixing whatever broke today.

From routine preventive maintenance to a truck with an intermittent problem nobody has pinned down yet, the goal is the same:

Find the problem, fix what needs fixing and get the truck back to work.

The Whole Branch

Truck & Fleet Services

Mondak can help with:

Hours, Mileage, Application

Preventive Maintenance That Fits the Equipment

PM should be more than changing oil and resetting the reminder.

Different trucks and vocational equipment have different service needs based on hours, mileage, application and how the equipment is actually being used.

Mondak can build maintenance around the truck and the equipment attached to it.

That can include:

  • Engine oil and filters
  • Fuel filters
  • Air filtration
  • Fluid inspections
  • Cooling system checks
  • Brake and suspension inspection
  • Driveline inspection
  • Hydraulic system checks
  • PTO and wet kit inspection
  • Electrical and battery checks
  • A/C system checks
  • Developing leaks and wear items

Finding something during scheduled service is usually better than finding it on the side of the road.

Rarely Just a Chassis

The Truck May Have More Than One System Involved

Vocational trucks are rarely just a chassis.

A service truck, bucket truck, crane truck, dump truck or other work truck may combine:

  • Engine and drivetrain
  • PTO
  • Hydraulic pumps and valves
  • Electronic controls
  • Body equipment
  • Aerial or material-handling systems
  • Diesel emissions equipment
  • Trailer connections

When the problem crosses between those systems, sending the truck to three different places can make diagnosis harder.

Mondak works across the truck and the equipment it powers.

Why It Set

A/C, Electrical & Electronic Diagnostics

Not every fleet problem involves an engine or transmission.

We also troubleshoot:

A fault code can be useful.

We still want to know why it set.

Through the Complete System

PTO, Wet Kits & Truck Hydraulics

When the truck powers hydraulic equipment, the problem may be in the PTO, pump, plumbing, valve, controls or the equipment being driven.

Mondak can work through the complete system, including:

  • PTOs
  • Hydraulic pumps
  • Reservoirs and filtration
  • Valves and manifolds
  • Hoses and fittings
  • Cylinders and motors
  • Electrical and air controls
  • Pressure and flow problems

That work ties directly into our Hydraulic Services and dedicated PTO & Wet Kit Systems service.

Tickets Become History

Fleet Records & Preventive Maintenance

For customers who want a more organized maintenance program, Mondak uses Tinnacity to help manage equipment service and repair records.

Equipment-specific maintenance schedules can be built around the unit, and QR codes can give operators a simple way to request service or report a repair need.

Authorized customer users can also access service history and equipment records.

That helps turn individual repair tickets into a usable history of what has been happening with the truck.

Whichever Fits the Job

Shop Service or Mobile Repair

Some repairs belong in the shop.

Others make more sense where the truck or equipment is already working.

Mondak provides both, with field diagnostics and repair backed by hydraulic, machining, fabrication and component-repair capabilities when the job needs more than a service truck can reasonably handle onsite.
