After-Hours Service When the Need Arises
Equipment does not care what time it is.
A hydraulic hose can fail late in the evening outside Watford City. A forklift can stop with a truck waiting to unload in Minot. A loader near Dickinson or a piece of oilfield equipment outside Tioga can go down at the exact time everyone needs it most.
That is why Mondak Equipment has an after-hours coverage system built around being available when the need arises.
Coverage Every Day, Without Wearing Out Our Technicians
After-hours service only works if the people providing it are still sharp enough to diagnose and repair the problem correctly.
Instead of putting one technician on call night after night, we divide our after-hours coverage into scheduled increments among our technicians every day. That keeps coverage available for our customers while spreading the responsibility across the team.
If a customer near Stanley has equipment go down in the evening, or a crew around New Town runs into a problem before the next shift, there is a system behind who is covering that time.
It is not simply hoping somebody answers their phone.
That matters because a tired technician is not what anyone wants troubleshooting an electrical issue, diagnosing a hydraulic problem, or driving a service truck down the highway in the middle of the night.
Our system is designed to keep our technicians rested while still giving customers dependable access to help when something truly cannot wait.
Downtime Does Not Follow Business Hours
Many of the industries we support do not operate from 8 to 5.
Oilfield crews are still working after dark. Trucks are still moving. Construction projects have schedules to meet. Warehouses still need forklifts. Cranes, aerial equipment, loaders, and industrial machinery can become the bottleneck for an entire operation.
A machine going down outside Williston at 7:00 PM is not necessarily a problem that can simply be pushed to the next morning.
The repair itself may not even be the biggest expense. The real cost can come from crews standing around, trucks waiting, production stopping, or a job falling behind.
Sometimes the First Step Is the Most Important
Not every after-hours call needs an immediate service truck.
Sometimes the most important first step is getting someone knowledgeable on the phone, understanding what happened, and deciding what needs to happen next.
That may mean dispatching a technician toward Watford City. It may mean making sure the right hose and fittings are available before heading toward Tioga. It may mean identifying the correct diagnostic equipment for a machine near Dickinson before anyone starts throwing parts at it.
The goal is not simply to send a truck.
The goal is to solve the problem efficiently.
Built Around Being Available
A lot of the equipment Mondak works on cannot easily be brought to a shop. When a large loader, crane, workover rig, forklift, aerial device, truck, or other piece of industrial equipment goes down, our field service technicians can go to the equipment.
Our team handles hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, engine, drivetrain, and electronic-control problems in the field.
Whether the call comes from a customer around Minot, a job outside New Town, or equipment working between Stanley and Williston, the objective is the same:
Find the actual problem. Make the repair. Get the equipment moving again.
After-hours service should not depend on luck or on wearing one technician out.
It should depend on having a system in place before the phone ever rings.
Mondak Equipment: available when the job can't wait until tomorrow.
